About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive web and mobile experiences that solve complex user problems and elevate our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from wireframes, user flows, and interactive Figma prototypes to final UI.
- Build, scale, and maintain our multi-platform design system and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and competitive design audits to inform design decisions.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive layouts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design (UI/UX) experience with a strong online portfolio showcasing shipped digital products.
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, auto-layout, component variants, and interactive prototyping.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and micro-interactions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design rationales to cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend layout constraints.
- Experience with motion design, micro-animations, or design systems documentation (Zeroheight, Storybook).
