About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn raw business data into actionable dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze operational and customer data.
- Build and maintain automated BI dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase for leadership.
- Track core business KPIs across sales, marketing, and product retention funnels.
- Conduct ad-hoc exploratory analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering to define tracking specs and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
- Proven track record creating intuitive dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and introductory Python/R.

- Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
